Depuis 2004, chaque logement en Wallonie doit être équipé de détecteurs de fumée.

Le SPW Logement rappelle la réglementation et met à disposition une brochure précisant : nombre de détecteurs, emplacement, type à choisir et responsabilités propriétaire/locataire.
