And don’t forget
It’s good to separate your waste items and take them to the container park. But it’s better not to produce waste in the first place! The best waste is no waste.
· If we pay close attention to what we buy, we can avoid some waste.
· Give priority to packaging that is returnable or refillable.
· Purchase as few disposable objects as possible.
· When you have the choice between two similar products, choose the one that has the least packaging.
· Tailor your purchases to your needs: by avoiding waste, you will also avoid throwing certain foods in the trashcan.
To preserve our environment and to reduce the size of our trashcans, every little effort makes a difference!
